Cultivator | TECHNICAL INFORMATION Cultivator roof consists of connecting the front and back beams, made of angle irons in 65 x 65 x 7 mm, in parallel with each other, to the pipes extending along the roof. The bearing pipe are connected with two each of bolt so that the front beam will come to the front end of specific shaped connection part, welded to the beam, in 6 mm of thickness, back beam to back end of it.
On the angle irons forming the roof, the holes are drilled longitudinally in 13 mm of diameter in certain intervals.These holes enables to arrange the distance between the legs. Choosing the suitable intervals, the legs are connected to these holes with bolts. The legs are stretched in such a way that they can be opened backwards by two each legs, so that they are not damaged, when they are excessively forced during working, The connection of springs above are realized, in front legs welded to the arms of cultivator leg, from front side and back side with pins in 02O, the connection of springs below, from front side and backside with the pins 02O again. Cultivator legs Cultivator legs are connected to leg arms made of angle bars in 65 x 65 x7 mm. The frame part of legs are shaped by being forging and end bar is connected to these frames with two each of pieces countersunk bolts. Cultivator end bar is connected to the legs made of sheet bar in 20 x 60mm (TS 2162). Cultivator is equipped with end bar in the shape of goose leg (End bar is a cultivator member, which is connected to cultivator leg and which treats the soil by tearing or cutting).
